CPS2PSP Roms not working 5.50gend3

Ok, so I finally got my cps2 v2.3.1 to work on my psp phat 5.50gend3. Now I have a problem where the roms load but they all come up with a missing file. All of my roms were working when I lasted used them on cfw 3.xx. I have tried to dl new roms and also used the rom conv to get the cache file. The rom conv converts fine. All games still come up with missing file when trying to load. I am not exactly sure what to do now. I was hoping to find someone who has resolved this issue.Perhaps I missed something?

The easy answer is to downgrade to 5.00m33-6, gen is not as good at hosting homebrew. You will however need to patch the newer games to run on -6
