hi i need help ? i try to put custom theme for my son CFW psp.i did everything i could for set up theme but the ctf file does not show up? anyhelp would appreciated

Do you have CXMB installed and activated. Hold R trigger while booting. Access recovery menu. GO to plugins and activate CXMB.prx.
