Custom Firmware 5.50GEN-C is thus finished and here it is (finally) on line. Note well that this Custom Firmware is intended for the PSP-1000 and PSP-2000 v1 and V2 only. The 5.03HEN-A will be updated soon with identical possibilities.

In order to simplify the life with everyone, the installation of last is made in a simple way thanks to our program of flashage XGEN UPDATER FOR PSPGEN CFW 5.50GEN-C for those which are already in Custom Firmware or via a XGEN Pandora for those which would be still in official firmware on a PSP-1000 or PSP-2000 v1 or v2.

What is nine in Custom Firmware 5.50GEN-C?

* Possibility of launching plays 5.51+ without having with the patcher (UMD or ISO)
* Possibility of launching the plays protected like FMA or Drunk Calibur for example (UMD or ISO)
* Possibility of launching demonstrations PSN requiring the 5.51+ without having with the patcher like MGS
* Connection to the PSN via MEDIAGO without having to install of complicated utility (option in beta still)
* Possibility of using the XGEN Updater to install the official Firmware 6.10 (to be used only if you have a XGEN Pandora under the hand to be able to return then in Custom firmware.

Bugs known:

* IRShell does not make it possible any more to launch of the ISO but the corrective patch will be published in a few minutes
* The reading of the vidéos 480x272 poses concern but a corrective measure is being studied.
* The option which makes it possible to accelerate the reading of the ms is in the course of bearing towards the 5.50GEN.
