Dirt 2 Freeze....black screen...

Hello Friends
I have just copied Dirt2 ISO file in my psp but when i start it it give me freeze black screen and power light is on...no matter what i button press it keeps like that only.I only have one option to shut down and restart it.But when i shut down it,power light keeps on blinking for few seconds and then it get shut down...I have 5.00 M33-6 CFW ...
Help me friends

you should upgrade to GEN-D2 that will get that game working, and then be sure to upgrade on 12-15 to gend-3 that will solve issues with most recent games.

last time i did upgraded from 5.00 M33-6 to 5.50 MHU and my all privious games were stopped working.so i have desgrated my PSP back to 5.00 M33-6.
I afraid to get upgrade again....the privious games like God of War,Burnout Legend,Sparta,Medal of Honor, Sega Rally etc were not running after update.How i can make sure that this games will work if i install GEN-D2...

i have it on mine. mhu was not a stable program gen is. i have 3 psp's in front of me right now all with gen on them. very safe works really good. just be sure you go all the way to gen d2 and there will be an update 12-15 for gned3. whatever you do dont go genc skip that and go gen-a, gen-b, gen-b2, gen-d, and then gen-d2

Can you please give me the link from where i can download this CFW becasue if i search it on net there are lots of site comes...i want perfect site this time which will work fine.If you give me the link then it will be favour to me...I have to download for 5.00 only?

"**GENyUS' Custom Firmware 5.50 GEN-A. CFW 5.50 GEN-A is ONLY compatible with the PSP-1000 (Fat) & PSP-2000 (Slim) v1 or v2. DO NOT attempt to install this on a PSP-3000 or PSP-2000 with the TA-088v3 motherboard."
How i will check that my PSP is not a PSP 3000 OR PSP-2000 with TA-088v3 motherboard.

what model do you have a 3000 is a no no, 2000 with out of the box firmware 4.01 or above there is a good chance you have ta-088v3 motherboard

thanks i have T-85v1 Slim..i have installed it properly now every game is working fine...only avatar now giving me a same problem (80020148) error...what should i do for it now?.
I tried to descrypt with descrpeter 4 version but it is not happening....why?it says can not descrpt the EBOOT.BIN file :(

avatar needs 6.10 ofw can't do that game yet, 15th dec 2009 5.50 GEN-D3 is coming out which will do that
