Hello everyone

Can anyone tell me why I get this error message when I go into USB mode?
I plug in my PSP...I click open older and veiw files...and it opens a DOS window...then I get the error message

"Windows cannot find"CACHE-49038502/core.sys"

Also...I am a hude Madden player..but I took some time off to play other stuff...now when I try to sign in...I never get past the"connecting to EA servers" dialogue box...are they shut down?...or is there another problem with my PSP?
