well you could try making a new magic memory stick using reins magic memory stick maker lite as that is the best one ever. also i know you dont want to buy anything but you may have to buy a tool/pandora battery as home made ones are usually dodgy.

Well, i looked at some websites and they tell me not to use the battery that came with the psp when i first purchased it, so i will try to use someone elses pandora battery or is that a bad idea?

Also, could it be because i have 5.51 firmware?? If so, what should i do

nar it doesnt matter what firmware you have if you are using a pandora battery to change it, also it should really matter what pandora battery you use so long as it is charged and not some dodgy messed up one.

hope it goes ok!! cfw 5.0 m33-6 is soooo awsome!!!

that's why i said buy a pre-made one then you know its not your mistake messing up the battery, plus most people have only one battery and when they toast it they don't even have a working battery pandora or not.
