GPSP kai error savegame

I use GPSP kai 3.2 test 07, and I use savstates, but I have saw that if I go a lot in the savstatte without saving an in-game savegame, the savestate then doesn't save an in-game savegame and say "It has an error of save". I have tried, and this only happens in Megaman Battle Network games. What can I do so I can again save the game in the savestate??? Or it is an error than can't be repaired????
