Im pretty sure she's toast... but a couple months back was sittin down and dropped my psp ( about a 1ft drop nothing steep) and from that day on, the green light comes on, but thats it.

In front of me right now is a completely dismantled PSP 1000 system...
and i cannot for the life of me find any hardware damage?

plugging in the AC adapter stil charges the battery, but ...
I know the screen isnt cracked.. so any idea on what she could be?

check the fuses, there are about 6 in all, there is a chance that one of the fuses blew. most of the time from impact something comes off the board. for example a resister or diode. but if that were the case you should have found it when you took it apart. they are small so look around and make sure there is not one loose somewhere.
