I haven't been into the PSP scene for a while.
I knew that some of the 2000 and all the 30000 couldn't be hacked permanently. But I've been hearing rumors of people saying they can.
I'd love to know if it's true and if so I'd like a link to a thread that explain how to do it.

There are some patches out there so that when you shutdown the PSP 3000 or put it to sleep the HEN won't unload. Not 100%, but it is somewhat permanent. It is called Sedna and works only with 5.03 GEN loaded through CFW Enabler

Not really..Sedna only patches accidental shut down from the recovery menu =\ I would love it if it did patch the actual shut down but it doesn't.
