Have CFW 5.00 M33-6, do i just update to Prometheus-3?

So looking at my buddy psp and its CFW 5.00 M33-6 and from what im reading all i need to do is update using this Prometheus thing. Is this correct? is there more steps im forgetting before i possible brick this psp?

yea just get the prometheus-4 installer press X and it will shutdown its self after finished installing. Turn on again then its on 5.0 Prometheus-4 No it is not possible to brick
