Im currently running a 1003 psp with 5.02 OME and i want to upgrade its been a while since i updated and now things are totally different and every time i download a newer CFW it says i can only use it on a 2000 device...


Ive tried googling and i can not find anything that might help me with this so could anybody tell me what CFW i should use for a 1003?

Ok so i managed to sort things out and i thought i would tell you how i did it just incase anybody else has the same problems as 5.02 OME seemed to be the problem...

Firstly use Hellcats Flasher to downgrade to 3.71...

Then Update from 3.71 to 5.00M33-6

then update from 5.00m33-6 to 5.50M33

Then use Promethius to upgrade one last time...

That seems to be as far as i can go so far unless anybody else knows of a way i can upgrade to CFW6.20?

Plus the CFW for 6.2 and 6.25 is not permanent. When you turn off your PSP the CFW disappers and you have to restart the CFW installer again
