Having trouble upgrading to Gen D3

I already have Gen B. I downloaded the Gen D3 zip, and put the Update folder in Game.

I put the 550.pbp in the root of mem stick.

When I try to run the D3 program it just gives me a black screen.

Anything I'm doing wrong?
