I have 4.01m33 CFW on my first gen psp. All my backups work but when I recently made a backup of marvel squad heroes it would not play.

Is it because I have an old firmware? When I hit network update I see that the next update would be 5.00m33. Should I do the upgrade? Is it worth it? Will the marvel game only play on newer CFW? How are the newer firmwares compared to 4.01m33?

Sorry for so many questions I just dont want to make a mistake.

Thanks in advance.

Go to 5.00m33-6 stable and works great.

In the recovery menu configuration, make sure you yurn the speed up ms option to always.

This keeps the cso files playing at normal speed - no slowdowns
