Help with CFW on 5.03 ChickHEN - psp1000

After about an hour, I was finally able to install ChickHEN, but when I ran HELLCATs Recovery Flasher for a fresh 5.00 M33, the PSP turned off. When I restarted, I was back in 5.03 OFW and had to repeat the whole process over again. What's wrong?

Edit: Now ChickHEN's not installing... I can actually see the exploit.tif file. What went wrong there?
