How do i download a save file and put on psp

when i download the file, its fine, but when i try to extract, it says it is unknown compression. what am i supposed to do? Btw, i have the least clue of what the diff files mean

goto www.download.com and search for winrar and download it, most downloads these days require winrar to extract the file, you will have to go in PSP savedata folder and put the extracted folder there, obviously you will need the same game and region a usa game save will not work on a eur version game and vice versa.

Psp save file or Winrar?
Btw, the unknown compression applies to the Bin and Sfo items, i uncompress the rest just fine
