i dont know what the keys are... please help me fix my bricked psp.... i seen a video and it said to download nandtool.. i did then what? please help

if it is indeed bricked you will have to have a pandora battery to fix it. google pandora battery and mms you can buy them as a kit.

i am taking it that your psp is bricked as a result of the nand being corrupted or a file being erased maybe?

you should list exactly what you did thus far, what video you watched(because believe it or not, youtube is not the most reliable media source).
Also, we need to know what version of NANDtool you are using. I believe he has an ELF and an ISO version.
