I have 3 games (gran turismo, gta chinatown wars, and clone wars) that were patched to play on 5.50 GEN-B2. They no longer run on GEN-D. Is there a way to patch these games to play on GEN-D, and how? Thanks for any tips.

try like this. shut down the psp by holding the power button for about 3 seconds. when u power up, hold the r trigger, then, go to configuration, at the UMD mode, press x to change it to m33 driver. u can enable the vsh menu from there too. tell me if it works coz im thinking to update to gen-d and i also got a lot of patched game...
Patched games do work on Gen-D all you have to do is take the psp off of UMD Mode. The upgrade to Gen-D resets your configuration so it is required to go back and change settings.
