If this is the wrong location for this thread, i appologise.

My Psp 1000 is running CFW 5.00 m33-6.

I have downloaded "NEED FOR SPEED, SHIFT" in compressed file format.
When i open it, there are 49 Winrar archives each containing an iso file.

Di i install all the iso'(unlikely i think) or just one, and if so which ?

you don't need to install games just firmware, try one of them, you should find one of them in a differnt named folder to the others with very simular names, i run that one
