hi..
Im going to buy this PSP.. Its not hacked. Can someone tell me wether it can be hacked.

PSP 2000 MG - Mint green colour
Firmware - 5.03
Model - HJ8141715
Year 2001

As far as I know, this was originally come with FW 4.03

We need a little more information. What does the DATE CODE under the battery say?

the psp 2000 mg was imported from japan, most of them had the date code 8b which is totally hackable. having 5.03 you should be able to run chicken on it and hack it very easily. this is assuming it has the 8b date code. try to find that information out before you buy it. from the ones i've seen which have been very few, it is hackable. if you dont want to buy it i do.

the serial number you provided would indicate that the psp is hackable. but with that limited information that is all that i can tell you. no way of knowing if a pandora can be created with it, but i'm guessing to be on the safe side that no. as far as installing CFW you should have no problems, and with the firmware you stated you should be able to use chicken and achieve your goal. no pandora needed.
