First step: Take out the battery and look at the sticker that is under it. There is a field called DATA CODE, if it says "8b" or below, get yourself a Pandora Battery. If it says "8c" or above, no homebrew or backups for you.

Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

First: Why did you make a Pandora Battery yourself? You have a slim, which means you had to buy an original battery for a fat and mod it after. You could have simply bought a Pandora Battery, they are way cheaper than an original battery.
Second: Stupid answer, your memory stick is too big. You need one with 2 GB or below.

@Eisherz
its possible he may have used a slim battery as the pandora since slim batterys can also be made by hard or soft modding them.

@Chingon33

@Eisherz.. I made a pandora because i didnt feel the need to pay someone to do something i could, and the option of softmodding is out since i have no other psp and to use a softmod requires a CFW to make the battery, mine has 6.20. From what i've read stock sony 3.6v 1200mAh batterys from my slim 20001 should work just fine.I have 2 so i figure on using other after.

@ShaggyZE... Thanx I was able to use grader v8 on it and had no errors regarding IPL room to make the mms, all I had to do was format with psp then format again using vista then load grader and load the OFW 5.00pbp file and hit create panda stick done correct for mms?

correct, after you get your pandora done you just need to put in mms hold L trigger and put in the pandora battery and you should download the cfw 5.50 GEN-D3 and 550.pbp for best umd/game compatibility

insure there is a TM folder on your mms and it has a folder like DC7 or DC8 with the file ipl.bin in it and in the config.txt file in TM it should have a line like LTRIGGER = "/TM/DC8/ipl.bin";

i would try other mms makers or another memorystick if you keep having trouble or even one that is already made for GEN cfws like
