where do I start, I bought my psp over 3 years ago (psp 1001b) and downgraded it to 1.50 with devhook without a problem. Everything worked great, played around with it for a few weeks but due to work I pretty much put it down for 2 years. when my son turned 7 I gave it to him. I even bought a few games for him and they all worked. I gave him little big planet for xmas but when he went to play it asked him to upgrade to 6.0. He tried to upgrade but he got an error message DRNFFFFFFD7. I checked the firmware and it says 2.82. I've been looking for 2 days on every forum for an answer as to what to do and whenever I come close to a guide or a video they have been taken down or removed, can someone give me a straight forward answer as to the best way to fix this (preferredly back to ofw) and point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

HI...am blind of this technology, but my cousin and my brother ask me to buy psp...I bought one already is PSP2006MG my brother ask me to check system software versionhe said that if bellow 3.9 can be modified but if above that can not be modified?is it true?cause when I check this psp version was 5.03..is that mean I can not use copy cassete on it.

I want to buy another one for my cousin..in store they tell different2 story that makes me confuse and scare to buy wrong one...there is one that code psp 2006 and there is also psp 3004 which model that can be modified..if we buy is in the box so we cannot open and see inside the system which version it is. but one store keeper at supermarket said...all psp can be modified is it true? really2 need advice as I have only 5 days before going back to my country so I need advice to buy 1 more PSP and is the PSP 2006 that I bought can be modified? thank you so much....GBU
