I have a pandora battery that used to work. But now I can't get it to work anymore. I've tried 3 different ways to make a Magic stick. When I insert the battery, nothing happens. No screen and no lights. Could the battery be dead?

Well, how did you convert it to pandora? Software or the physical mod?

A short circuit while doing the hardware mod would cause it to malfunction.

Have you tried the battery in a different PSP.

Anyway, cheaper buying a new battery.

Hardmod. It used to work a long time ago just fine. Never really been touched for months maybe years. Tried it in a different PSP, same thing no lights no nothing. Is there certain batteries that can't be pandora'd?

No. All batterys work the same way. if in theory you corrupted the wrong IPL it wouldnt pandora properly but can be fixed... the battery would just work like normal if IPL was corrupt...

Think its just dead... Bin it and save yourself a job to do...Sorry couldnt do more

Alright so I just borrowed my friends battery to unbrick a phat and everything is up and running. I tried putting in my old battery again after I boot it up to see if it does anything. It seems to detect it in some sort of way because the power light blinks orange when I put it in. The battery meter doesnt say anything though. I'm going to try to charge it to see if it works.

Before I put in the older battery in a bricked PSP so I wasn't sure if it was even charging it or not.

If it happens to work is possible to use this hard modded battery as a real battery again? If i just boot up without it, and put it in after, will it be like a normal battery?
