Hello, my psp just recently bricked, which caused me to post a thread earlier this week. I have been doing som reasearch and saw some forums on Pandora's Battery. I was wondering if Pandora's Battery is compatible with OFW 6.20. Any takes
Pandora is compatible with any firmware, but not with any PSP. If you have a 3k, forget it. If you have a 2k, it might or might not work, depending on when your PSP was produced. If you have a 1k (or Phat) it definitely works, if your PSP is only bricked.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.
I thought you can use Pandora on any psp without a certain motherboard From what i have read on different threads, i have found that the psp3k is not compatible with ANY homebrew or pandora... Psp2k differs on the motherboard. So i guess i just answered my own question by searching further.

Not quite true. The PSP 3k is compatible with homebrew, if the firmware is 5.03 or below you can even play backups on it using the ChickHEN method. If it is higher you can only play homebrew applications by using Half Byte loader.
The PSP 2k has a certain motherboard (TA088v3) if it was produced after the 2nd quarter of 2008. Then the same as said about the PSP 3k applies. Both don't support Pandora Battery.
The PSPGo supports homebrew by using Half Byte Loader. No backups or (obviously) Pandora Battery.

Your only solution if you have bricked your psp 3k, is to buy a new one. I would get a psp 1000, just because I like the style. If you were to buy a 2k, you would more than likely be safe for cfw. At my local gamestop, a psp 1000 is $99, and a 2000 is $119.
