anyone who can help me pls..my psp version is 3.80 only not m33 i want to upgrade in 3.90 m33..

my problem of my psp is..this ex.i turn off hold power then i open it and hold right trigger to configuration the i set in..i cant remember ahm..ok flash o..flash 1..flash 2 and formatting flash 0 then i push button o to format but after that now i open but after 3 second automatic shutdown and when i open it blackscreen only and green lights only i try many times but nothing happens only have a green lights do you i think im gona format another version again but how and where the download link of UNIVER FILE to reprogram again coz cannot open my psp..pls advice me or what i gonna do

u hav bricked ur PSP, u still can enter the recovery? if u still can enter recovery, u dont need a pandora, u can use Hellcats recovery, if u cant enter recovery. then u muz hav a pandora...
