Problem Gen B2 to Gen D

I have updated to Gen b2 but when I try gen d it gets to the screen that says checking updater and just re boots I have tried Hell cats to take it back to m33-6 which i had before but when running this it also comes up with an error when it is checking updater. GTA LIBERTY is not very smooth running with gen b2 but was ok with M33-6 so was wanting to go back if I can't get forward I have a fat psp. Does Pandora Battery work on Gen b2 to go back the way.
Any suggestions.

Hellcats works

1) You must format the memory card (don't ask me why but otherwise it hangs)
2) Put on hellcats and the 5.00pbh file

It should work

To go to Gen D2 - you did go to D first (D2 only contains update files)
