PSARDumper Corrupted File problem

I will be Straight forward. this is my first attempt at doing this kind of Emulation. I have searched the net for answers and tried to figure it out on my own. so its time I contact some experts. Here we go.

My systems is the old thick black units. I have been keeping it updated. the system screen states that the firmware is Ver. 5.51. I have also followed the guide (HERE) and have gotten all the way down to step 4 and 5 of the actual GUIDE part. the error happens in step 5 when I try to use the psardumper to run the EBOOT.PBP (in this case Ver. 3.9) to get the files needed for the Popsloader. Every time I try to run the psrdumper on the psp, I get this error, (The Game Cannot be started. the data is corrupted). Now, I already tried downloading and reinstalling the programs and the eboot file several times. its frustrating me, so before I toss the psp out the window. Thought it would come here. any help would be appreciated.

Only on systems with Custom firmware!

If you have Sony 5.51 on your phat PSP's it is never going to work
