PSP 2000 5.00 M33-6 WHATS LATEST CFW

I HAVE A PSP 2000 WITH 5.00 M33-6 CFW WHICH WAS DONE OVER A YEAR AGO , WHATS THE LASTEST CFW OUT THAT I NEED TO USE TO PLAY ALL THE LATEST GAMES ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APRECIATED

You have it

If the games have been patched correctly then all games still work with m33-6.

The only exceptions are Eyepet and the latest invizimals, you need to add the prometheus v4 patch to your custom firmware.

Hi thanks for the reply someone finally gave a straight answer , is promethus v4 a simple update and do I hve to manually patch games or will that already be done , if not what software do I need.

To patch any games yourself get ISO tool 1.969 - somewhere around this figure anyway. It goes in your psp/game folder and will patch any games that do not work straight from your memory card.

Prometheus V4 patch is available on the web and again goes in your PSP/Game folder and run it - it patches your firmware to patch games on the fly, you will notice a red screen pop up at the start of loading if it is patching the game.

Hi thanks for that just checked I'm on 5.50 gen d3 no m33-6 do I need to update to m33-6 or can I put prometheus 4 straight on 5.50 gen d3 thanks again

You need to get a different version of prom v4, their are three types, get the right one and it will work fine (all listed for their supported firmware)
