hi i just bought a psp 3000 it is not reading [iso] nor [cso] so i was thinking if i update its version to 5.0 m33 does it workor it will just keep not reading the [iso] and [cso]

ps: my psp version is 5.03

heyoh you can follow the guide HERE you cannot just load games off ur mem stick you will need Custom Firmware :)

can't permanently flash custom firmware to psp 3000 yet.

Read the guide in this forum that says something like, "hack any psp without Pandora" or something like that. That will help you out.

Your questions are answered both in your original question and in the thread you were directed to. You must have custom firmware in order to read .iso and .cso images.

Unfortunately, since you have a 3000, you need to use the cfw enabler, which does precisely what the name implies- enables the use of custom firmware on your PSP.
