I have recently modded a psp ( I have a phat 1001) and to play more recent psp games i had to upgrade to 5.00 gen-d. So i did that and i think my psp bricked. Remeber I have a HYBRID pandora battery. so after unbricking it (which i think i did) i had ofw 3.8. I had tried everything at that point to remod my mms but no files would do anything to it. I would switch my battery to pandora mode and take out the memory card and plug in usb and reput in the memory card and when i did that all i got was a black screen green light. The normal battery mode works fine. I have tried MANY different magic memory stick makers and everytime i remake it with a magic gate 4 gig all i get is a black screen green light. I than bought a second hybrid pandora battery and the mms files wont load for me to remod my psp. Please help!

your memory card is to big, 2GB maximum 1GB works best. try getting a smaller one and see what happens, best if you use rains mms as well.

Again that is not correct any memory card will work just depends on where it was made. i have two 4gb sticks that hold all my hacking and updating files and a 8gb with everything for that on it. even had a 32gb with the same information on it.

you should read the makers of cfw before offering advice, they recommend nothing over 2GB, anything else can cause problems.
