Just one thing after another.... Anyways I was tweaking the XMB and CPU speed on the CFW menu(By pressing select) I then tried to switch it off, but it wouldn't. Suddenly the CFW Menu was Flashing red, so I had to take the battery out. I switched it back on, and now its dreadfully slow, the date set up comes up after a long time and its all just extremely slow. I pressed Select again, and tried to change some settings, only the buttons seem to be very sensitive. I press down, and it goes down, super fast (I dont know if you can understand this)

first of all restore default settings, and do you know how to get in the recovery part, hold down right trigger button and switch psp on, psp has to be totally of not in sleep mode. can you do this?
