Psp SNES 80020148 error HELP

I have this problem where i downloaded the Snes9xTYL and i run it and it doesn't work. It has a 80020148 error. I can't seem to find out what is wrong with my PSP. HELP PLS!

I have 5.50 GEN-B. All my files of snes9xTYL is in the GAME folder in the PSP folder in my memory stick. Plus i already have a ROM in there (super mario world). I CAN"T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!

that basically means that your emulator ran off of the 1.50 kernel, which doesn't work on GEN firmware yet. Try to find a SNES emulator that works with slim / 3.xx+ kernel.

upgrading won't help with the emulator if it's using the 1.50 kernel. he'd need to find the proper emulator first.

but you'd still wanna upgrade to 5.50gen-d2

Thanks everybody for their suggestions! I'm going to try another emulator first, then if it doesn't work i will just upgrade my psp to GEN D or such.

you might as well upgrade to gen-d2 since you'll still need a different emulator. the newer one is more stable and plays more games.

I'm also using gen-d2 and 1.5 enabled, but 9xTYL keeps crashing. Can anyone help?
