PSP won't turn on WITHOUT a Pandora battrey in

hello, I received a free psp that was bricked and I have a pandora battery so I tried unbricking it. unfortunately, it won't turn on unless the batt is in pandora mode. I flashed the firmware with 5.00m33 and everything is peachy until i reboot the psp or remove the battery. the orange light will come on but when i flip the switch, it flashes gree for a second, then no light for about 3 seconds, the there it back to orange. Any help on toubleshooting this would be awesome. thanks

do you have the charger plugged in, or is it running on battery?
