I have save the chickhenR2 in my photo folder
When i move to the "slim" picture, the screen just go blank and few seconds later, it shutdown by itself.
Last time, the screen will appear like "matrix" / funny screen then chickhen will successfully installed.
But this time, it keep failing. I have downloaded new file, same error occur.

Anyone can assist?

Do you know anything? - if you can't help how about not writing the obvious, this is a bugger to get to work on some 3000's and by your other replies you know nothing about it!


To answer your question, chickhen is a B*stard to get started, on one machine I can try twice and it will work, another and anything up to 30 times, however this guide has a few suggestions to make it easier to load - I tried this and after 30 unsuccessful tries, it loaded in only 4.

Methinks someone is looking to boost their post count...

From my experience chickHEN is a PITA especially on the PSP-3000 as it is a sketchy program to begin with...Following that guide kittymat provided should help somewhat

hi all.. I have followed all the steps. but it still cannot work. i am sure my psp is firm 5.03.
It used to be able to install the chickhen. but now, when i scrol down to the slim image, the screen just turn blank and off byitself few sec later.
I should be freeze and appear some green pixel. but mine is totally blank.

Please help me. thanks in advance

Try a different memory stick and also use google

"modified Chickhen R2"

These new files are better at loading, it can take 20+ tries to get it working
