Unable to upgrade PSP-1000

Hi, recently I juz unbrick my fren PSP and now he is using 3.80M33-5, but I try to upgrade to 5.00m33-6, it entered the updater, but then it reached the Sony Updater and pop out an error and restart the PSP. So how can I upgrade it?

in the recovery console hold right trigger button and power up psp under config enable the eboot/update big long string of text top of my head can't remember full name restart psp and try again

hold right button down and turn on psp thats the clear buttons on top of console while you looking at screen, keep finger on right trigger button until recovery console pops up on the screen, go to configuration, and enable Autorun program at PSP/GAME/BOOT/BOOT.PBP then select back press x, Exit press x. PSP will start normally now now try the update.
