how exactly do i upgrade my 1000 series psp from custom firmware 3.40 OE-A to the newest custom firmware?? ive been out of the game for a while now and noticed a lot of different firmwares out there. i dont want to brick my psp.

ok. i just upgraded to firmware 3.52 M33. I tried to update to 5.00 straight from 3.52 M33 and it said i needed at least M33-3 or higher to install 5.00. should i install M33-3 or M33-4 and then try? or am i supposed to upgrade from 3.52 M33 to 5.00??
