Using PSP phat to upgrade PSP slim

I've got a PSP phat running Gen-b firmware, everything running sweet. I have a PSP slim (2000), is there an easy way to install CFW on the slim using the phat? Can I use the phat to make a slim pandora battery?

Any help appreciated - but, bear in mind I have no experience with this at all (bought the phat ready installed) so any help needs to explain everything step by step, if anything isn't explained I'd probably get lost on it...

Anyways, if anyone can give me a hand with this one that would be great - the slim psp is not brand new, but it does have recent firmware installed as it has been used up to fairly recently, it has a 4gb memory stick that can be wiped if needed.

that thread he posted doesn't seem to tell how to make a JigKick (pandora) battery.

Any phat PSP-1000 can make a JigKick/pandora, but you must have the right battery. Does your battery (either the fatter battery or the thin one) say Made in China on the back? Or Made in Japan?

The memory stick must be a 512mb-2GB, i'm not sure if the 4GB sticks work. My 4GB didn't work for me, so i used a 2GB & it was OK.

btw, which PSP-2000 do you have? Are you sure it's not a 3000? There is a program you can run (tiff exploit using ChickHEN temporarily) to tell you the version number. Search AD forums on tiff exploit & you'll find it.

if you can make a JigKick, hold onto it. I see them becoming rarer & rarer on Ebay for some reason. My friend sold his on Craigslist.
