Or your home strip, (buttons under the screen are all on one circuit strip)this is going faulty.

I had the exact same problem I found that it was because my Right And left trigger Were sticky and were causing my psp to display the same thing I fixed this by Opening up the psp And cleaning the triggers Had no probems since give it a go
