which heatgun are you using? Someone told me they heatgunned once and after questioning him further it turned out he was using a hair dryer :) Also did you do 4 minutes on high on the top of the board? I've got a video in my sig that I've used to fix many 0102 errors without any issues.

If you did follow my tutorial exactly and are still having this error there's a few things you can do. I mentioned the low temperature oven fix in that thread that I used on an e74 (which is similar) that was being stubborn. It helps get any flexing and moisture out of the motherboard. After the low temp bake try putting some liquid flux underneath your chips. There's a good vid on youtube on fluxing your motherboard. Then after you've fluxed and put it in the oven do a heatgun reflow again and hopefully it'll be good to go

I'd try the low temp oven method first to help get rid of warping and moisture. Get a cookie sheet and put a layer of foil down. Then if you want put some foil over the caps/plastic pieces (not necessary though). Preheat the oven on the lowest setting for a couple minutes (170F/80C or so). Put the motherboard on the cookie sheet and let it go for at least 4 hours. Then turn off the oven and let it sit inside for 15 minutes. Then open the door and let it cool for another 5. Do a heatgun again and dont preheat the bottom.

The high temperature method can be used as a reflow too. I havent done one this way but it's been pretty effective for some. http://xbox-experts.com/tutorial/the-ult...eflow-tutorial/
