360 backup errors session fixation (Lead in errors)

Hi All
1st post and HAVE read the stickies so go easy..

Basically I have a dvd image of a game i wish to backup.
Now im using imgburn with a layer break of 1913760, reading and writing at lowest settings.
Im running a philips DL 1640 with latest firmware. Using RIdisc dvds.
Now ive read about all the verbatims etc but have been given backups on these dvds of new wave games etc and thought id use them.

The error im getting is
W 13:48:27 Failed to Write Sectors 0 - 31 - Reason: Session Fixation Error Writing Lead In

Is this purely down to the media??? As i said i have backups on these disks of latest games etc, I have Abgx the image and its perfect...

Please if there is anymore info ive missed il post up,
I know my way around ocs pretty well so not a total newb etc..
