Ok I have three XboX360 and I'd like to know which is the best option Flash or get a Chip also where to find tutorials about flashing

Chip are obsolete. Flashing is the way to go. There are tons of threads on this forum about flashing. You could also google "jungleflasher.pdf" and download it. It's about the best tutorial for flashing all drives.

By all means, JTAG FTW if you have a vulnerable kernel and CB. Even if the console was chipped, you should still be able to flash the drive with success.
