360 flashing green light after flashing

Hi new here have often read many posts on here which have to help me solve various problems over the last months however i have come across a fault i cannot work out.

I recently flashed my friends liteon drive which had been previously flashed with liteon1.51 i flashed to lt touch 1.1.

Having had some trouble erasing the in jungle flasher i made the spoof file in jungle flasher and the erased and flashed in dos but the green centre light flashes tray just opens when i shut it reopens and flashing green light doesnt read discs.

I have also noticed that the x box seems to reboot it self at random intervals ??

I tryed reflashing with diffrent firmware but still same problem, the drive 74850c liteon.

I have flashed a few drives but first liteon teh dump was fine and have checked this i also checked the string in jungle flasher and noticed a change in the id string from the dummy the spoof firmware could this be a cause i have tryed to rectify this using older version of jungle flasher.

None of the above has had any success i have tryed the drive in my x box it will read discs as media discs as teh key is obviously different, i have also put my drive in the problamatic x box but still flashes green.

Has anyone got any ideas to how i can fix this or what maybe wrong as i am completely stuck and fed up with looking for solutions.
