Hi.

I have 2 xbox. 1 is banned, the other isn't.

Is there any way I can switch HD and DL DLC for games for the modded XboX 360? In case I can, how?
(Can't see how they would ban this way).

Also, I still read of modded XboX360 that can play backups, and still go online... How does this work??
(Because if you can do this, you can also DL DLC for Backup games, I would think).

I think you can just download the DLC on to your hard drive with your working xbox, swap your hard drives and just sign in to your profile that you bought it with to play it on the banned xbox.

In answer to your second question, you can play on live with backups. Its best to use latest firmware version & stealth methods (see the ultimate sticky). There is still a small risk you might be banned though.

last i checked, DLC was tied to the gamer tags hard drive, and the console itself. if you wanted to use it on a different console, you would have to redownload it on the second console (which you cant do on a banned console). however, there are a few resigning programs that could do this for you, if you really want to go through all that much work.

For some reason not all content can be accessed when on another machine, regardless of profile. I have no reason why.

On xbox.com there is a link to transfer all of you DLC to a new machine. It can only be done once a year.
