OK so I successfully JTAG'd my first two boxes in the last two days. It was a lot of searching to piece it all together but in the end I had a lot of fun and I'm learning all about the world of 360 Homebrew. I just have a could of quick questions that I think can be answered straight forward and easily by some of you.

1. My first xenon box has a 20gb microsoft HD that has all my homebrew, dashboards, loaders, xbla games etc. No probs there. The second box however has no HD and no mem card. I JTAG'd easily enough but I didn't really have any benefit until I threw my micrsoft 20gb hd in and all the homebrew popped up. I have a external usb hd (300gb). Can't I do something to use that as my official hd in place of the microsoft one?

2. I followed a guide on here that didn't have me load xell (xenon_1921hack.bin) before flashing with XBR. So I didn't do that on either of my boxes. My question is two part: a) can I still flash my nand with xell to get my keys this way or b) since the guide had me create two files from my original nand dump (rawkv.bin and rawconfig.bin) do I have this information already making xell unnecessary?

3. I installed xexloader (the latest I believe xmas edition or something) and I get a blank grey screen that I have to press d pad right to get to lists and junk. It seams that I've seen youtube videos of some pretty cool looking xexloaders with game lists and animated backgrounds etc. I learned how to create shortcuts as game demos to xex files directly so I don't really use xexloader right now. Should I? And if I should, is there some way yet of making it a usable loader in place of the default dashboard?

4. I really like the look and feel of 360menuv3. I created a direct shortcut to it in the game demo list. I can't find any games in the menu though. THere are a couple of demo's in each menu that go nowhere. How can I delete the demos and how do I set up 360menu to look on external usb drive for games and video files etc.
