I don't blame them one bit. Look at the attitudes half you guys have towards them because you haven't received your free firmware which lets you play your free games.
Yes... greed is an ugly thing. Only it's your greed which is turning this scene ugly.
This hacked firmware has really spoiled some of you kids.
Now that we've got that out of the way, maybe they posted it was delayed until further notice so people would quit being dicks and bitching about no updates on Twitter.
People kept bitching about no updates, so they post an update, and people bitch about that. Maybe they're waiting until Christmas, like they did last time. Or maybe they've found a flaw. Who knows.

It is going to get released when it gets released, and there isn't anything we can do about it. So there is no reason to bitch and complain about it. I'm in no hurry personaly, the next big game i really want is Red Dead Revolver.

u playing xbox live now? it's really over? u havent gotten banned yet? i have liteon iextreme 1.51, I don't want to get banned because i have waited so long for it.

i was playin on my Hitachi with 1.51 and got banned 3 weeks into ban wave, switched to my Liteon the very same day and its been smooth sailing with the boot disc

Conidering all the people who were banned using 1.6, I'd venture to say that it's pretty poor judgement advising others to go ahead and use it.

Alright. It's just the way you said "Ban Wave is over just get on and play already!". That made it sound like you were recommending it.
I've read people using 1.4 and up and they're still not banned. If you haven't gotten hit yet, cool. I'm rooting for ya.
But, I'm also reading about people who are getting banned still. So really, if someone has to ask if it's safe yet then they shouldn't be playing on LIVE with a modded console to begin with. If they can't afford to pick up another console if they get banned, stay off LIVE.

The ones on 1.41 now I would assume are playing on the non-stealth. So no patching is necessary.

Ahh, I remember the good days when groups were very secret and didn't post updates on public sites. True, I'm sure that had something to do with the public itself but had they been not so public in the first place, well it's a cycle.
To the people with the new liteon drives, that sucks. For people with the old ones, get a benq and get on with it.
I do find it funny that some of the old timers on here like to blame the noobs for QQing too much and that is the reason why they didn't release it. If that is all it really took for them to not release it than their egos need a reality check.

I'm sure C4eva has his reasons and lets all just stop the sh!t talk about him and others that do things to HELP US. This is the first time that Dev of FW has been so public and I am sure it will never happen again. I've heard from an OP @ #fw that the dev of past firmwares have actually taken much much longer then this. So relax friends, it'll come when it comes.

I can't say. The only thing I can tho is that I know someone in the loop and that is what they said. So if I were everyone, I would just sit back and relax, its gonna be a while. Sorry, I'm not happy either but I'm not smart enough to do what they do. lol

Nope, pretty sure that's what he was referring to. Was certainly what I was referring to, and definitely is annoying. I'm happy that there is a group out there who develops the firmware, but the ass-kissing from a select few is starting to get fanatical these days. The amount of times I roll my eyes while reading this forum has increased dramatically since the Team Jungle drama-bomb was dropped.

I'm not sure how you know who I know but whateva. I hope that I'm wrong but that is what I was told from someone close to C4E. Believe it or not. Just because I'm a noob on here doesnt mean that I don't know what I'm talking about.. :)
