I don't download load any games and play on live. I just copy my own game i own and copy it through a kreon and then run it through abgx 360. I just paid $40 for 12 months of live and it should arrive in a day or so. My question is am i safe from a ban, or am i just as likely to get banned. I just checked my box, as of now i haven't been banned however i only have a silver membership.

Ripping your own games makes you as safe as you can be with backups, but you're never 100% safe unless you don't mod your console and only play originals.
