erixon, see if your SATA ports (primary and secondary) are set on in the BIOS of your PC. mostly it is immediately pressing [F2] or [Del]by starting up.

Yeah, sorry I should have replied earlier. I had to switch my sata from RAID to IDE, it worked okay, I coudl read the drives and stuff, but it was really really finnicky. I just ordered a VIA card off ebay to see if that helps me out.
