Just placed my order for the Via Sata PCI Card and it should arrive any day now.
I installed already the Port IO 32 drivers, downloaded the latest version of Jungleflasher and got the .bin ixtreme 1.6 firmware.
To get started I presume to install the Via PCI card into my pc, install the drivers, delete the drivers.
Then connect the Benq Drive via the sata cable onto the PCI card ( I guess its to connected directly to the card itself or on the back via E sata cable?)
And then start the tutorial with Jungleflasher?
Could someone please tell me where the drive gets power from when its being flashed? Do I need to connect a powercable to the drive and then to the pc?
If someone could give a little drawing of where, which cable goes it would be very handy,
