[i]Im Am going to make this some what difficult to understand question as easy as possible to understand...
#1.. I had a previously modded xbox 360 console (I Know that was foolish of me)
#2.. Soon after Microsoft Banned MY WHOLE console and the profiles on it
#3.. Okay im banned that sucks.... but i now go and buy a completely new xbox console and i start on a new leaf with a new name and all..NO piracy (im gunna be a good boy)
#4.. BUT i still HAVE my previously modded xbox and i want to use it to play my old modded games on the same hard drive
QUESTION: Know that u know all the small information above i now ask a huge question....Does any one know if Microsoft will BAN* my new console if i continue to play my old modded games BUT ON MY OLD MODDED CONSOLE NOT ON THE NEW LEGIT FRESH ONE? Using the same HD...My fear is that they will think im still using modded games on my new profile and new xbox when i am not..Will the data from the modded games on the hardrive carry over and get me banned once again??

The answer is no you will not get banned.

thnx im sorry im kinda new and don't know how these things work ..your advice is appreciated...how wont i get banned like what is preventing my console from being banned when im using the same HD and playing modded games on a banned console and then swapping the HD back to my new 360....does the data not transfer??
