I put a retail 360 game into my pc and ran abgx on it (never done this before, just testing) and it said file too small to be a 360 game?

Ya why are u running an original disc through abgx? Unless your going to backup and to be safe run through abgx there's no point lol. Haha I'm pretty sure that the disc is stealthed...rofl

Also, i tried to back it up with xbox backup creator but i cant get that to work either...

johnny412......... you need a Samsung Kreon drive to read retail games for Xbox Backup Creator to work.

This pic is what you did: try to read a retail disc without a Kreon drive. your normal drive can't see all of the partitions on the disc.

This pic is from my Kreon drive. It can see the entire disc, even though retail discs are useless with ABGX.

So i would need the kreon drive to make backups with xbox backup creator? And then you would NOT need to run abgx on it? Is that the only way to make the backups?

My opinion,
#1 - The best way is a Kreon drive. Fits inside your PC. Very neat. (Xbox Backup Creator)

#2 - Put 0800 firmware on your 360's drive, and connect it to your PC (Xbox Backup Creator)

#3 - WxRipper: Take apart a DVD burner and swap discs while it's spinning or some other crazy sh** to get it to read a retail disc. Very messy.

Right, you don't actually need ABGX, because if you rip it yourself, then you already know it's legit, right? But I use ABGX when I rip anyway.
