ABGX patching my ssv2 to ssv1?

Alright I downloaded the ssv2 and dmi from abgx for NBA 2k10 and it says the DMI is unverified and forces my SS back to SSV1. The DMI came straight from the ABGX page as verified.

nevermind, apparently ssmerger is retarded and wouldn't patch in my dmi for some reason so it was seeing the old DMI with the new SS
